Shipping & returns
Kolo is a London based gallery. We have experience of selling and shipping artwork internationally. You will receive the artworks directly from our artist’s studios.
We ship to Europe, USA, Canada, Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore, New Zealand and other countries on a case by case basis. If your country does not appear when processing please email daniel@kolo.agency for a bespoke quotation for shipping to your country and address.
Artworks are precious and we aim to package them as securely as possible while using acid neutral materials.
After your payment has been received for your order you will be emailed shipping information such as tracking details and likely day of arrival.
Duty & customs charges
When shipping artwork outside the UK duty and customs fees may be applicable. If applicable, it is the responsibility of the buyer to pay any duty & customs charges. If this extra cost means you change your mind about your purchase before we ship to you, you will be refunded in full.
Please be aware that sometimes shipping is delayed in customs.
Returns
We offer a 14-day period for you to return artworks and get a full refund if you are not happy with it.
We are offering free returns for a limited period. Please follow the steps below, and we’ll pick up the returns delivery tab and take care of the logistics.
Making a return
Sometimes you just need to send something back. Simply follow the steps below:
Please email daniel@kolo.agency and request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order;
Don’t forget to give us your order number and collection address;
Once your request has been accepted, we’ll liaise with you to arrange collection;
All artworks must be returned in the same condition in which they arrived;
In order to qualify for a refund, artworks must be carefully packed and returned in their original packaging;
Once your order has been successfully received back, we will process your refund for you as soon as possible and no later than 30 days after we have received it back.

Damaged artworks
Unfortunately accidents can happen, so if an artwork is damaged upon arrival at your specified delivery address, please submit an image of the damage as proof to allow us to investigate further, then follow the steps as outlined above.

If you have returned the artwork because it is faulty or mis-described, we will refund the price of the artwork in full, and any applicable delivery charges.
